Very enlightening. I never picked up on three parts when reading the amendment. I need to reread this epistle as some Republicans stating it cannot be used against Trump because he was never adjudicated. I see nothing in the Amendment that a court verdict is necessary.

One task in my service to five governors was bill drafting which involved word by word comparison of draft legislative proposals, including the placement of punctuation which can be critical. I have seen minor errors in your writing that weren't corrected. I don't expect perfection, but hire a proofreader.
